FREE Click & Collect!

To place a click and collect order, you can:

• Click the 'Click and Collect' button above the 'Add to Bag' button on a product page.
• Use your current location or enter your postcode to find your nearest Pandora store that has the items available.
• Once you've confirmed the product is in stock, simply add the product to your bag and proceed to checkout.

If you're purchasing multiple items, you can also select 'Click and Collect' during checkout. You'll just need to change your delivery method to 'Click and Collect', before choosing your preferred store.

Please note, Apple Pay cannot currently be used for click and collect orders.

Our current turnaround for click and collect orders is two hours when ordered before 1pm. We recommend waiting for your collection confirmation email before heading into store.

Once your order is ready for collection, we'll send you a collection confirmation email. You'll need to bring this email alongside photo ID into store to collect your order.

We recommend checking your junk/spam or promotions folder to see if our emails have been directed there. If you are still unable to locate your email, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance here.

When you head into stores, there will be click and collect signage to direct you where to pick your order up from. If you need help, ask one of our styling experts and they'll be able to assist. They'll ask to see your collection confirmation email and your photo ID, before they give you your new jewellery.

We will hold your click and collect order for up to 7 days. If you are unable to pick up your order within the timeframe, please contact our customer experience team here.

Please note, if your order has not been collected within the 7 days timeframe, your order will be automatically cancelled and we will issue a refund back to your original payment method.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to change it.

However, should you wish to cancel your click and collect order, you can contact our customer service team here for further assistance.

Otherwise, your order will be automatically cancelled after seven days from the purchase date if you do not pick up your items and you will not be charged.

If someone else will be collecting your order, tick the 'Someone else may pick up by order' box during checkout. You will then need to supply the name of the person who will be collecting your order. Once the order has been placed, the alternate pick up person cannot be changed.

When picking up the order in-store, the alternate pickup person will need to supply their photo ID, alongside the collection confirmation email, order number or the name of the customer who placed the order.

Yes! Simply choose the items you would like to collect in-store during checkout, alongside the items you would like delivered.

Please note, only one delivery address can be added at checkout, as we are unable to send your order to multiple addresses.

Click and collect purchases may be returned in any Australian Pandora Concept Store or directly through Pandora's online store.

Please note, Afterpay purchases cannot be returned in-store and must be returned by mail.

Paypal purchases may be exchanged in-store but cannot be refunded in-store and must be returned by mail.

For stores operating using contactless click and collect, a refund or exchange can only be completed by mail. You can start your free return here.

Click and collect is not available for some online exclusive items, which can only be purchased via the online store.

Some items may not be available in all stores or your preferred store may not currently have stock available of your chosen item.
