If you change your mind, items excluding any Pandora Gift Card and engraved item may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase if:

•    You have proof of purchase
•    Items are genuine Pandora Items
•    Items were purchased in an New Zealand Concept store**
•    Items are in saleable condition
•    Items are returned within 30 days
•    *Proof of purchase in the form of a gift receipt, will be eligible for an exchange, or refund onto a Pandora Gift Card. 
•    **Items purchased at Pandora Outlet Stores may only be returned to the original store of purchase.
