How to track your order
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will contain your tracking number.
Please take your tracking number from the shipping confirmation email, and track here.
When your order has left Australia, it is important to note the follwoing steps:
1. Get your tracking number from your shipipng confirmation email.
2. Take that tracking number, and track your order here.
3. From that page, obtain your 20 digit carrier number from the Australia Post track and trace site.
4. Use that tracking number, to track your order as it enters New Zealand here.
As an online customer, all orders are sent with New Zealand post and can take up to 14 days to arrive. However, they generally arrive within 3-8 working days. Gift cards are only shipped via standard shipping and are not tracked.
As our orders are shipped from Australia, any orders may be stopped by New Zealand customs for border clearance, and you may need to complete a form with a code to release your order. During the current period of restricted travel, please allow a few extra days for your order to leave Australia.
