The free gift useless!!
Like another reviewer stated, the charms meant to be stored in the free gift do not fit! It is really the dumbest concept to include a case for small charms when the charms are too small to slide over the prongs that keep it in place. Who designed this nonsense?! Charms are cute though.

nice color but very easy to lose
i really wanted the jewelry case for this item but the morning of the release date it did not show up in my bag when i got the 3 items. so later in the day went to a pandora store and got this item and others to get the case.the charms will not fit on the slide cord ends. i got 5 charms none of them will go on so case is useless very unhappy
