Fell off
Like so many other reviews, this fell off and is now gone forever. Very pretty but obviously not made well if soooo many people have the same problem. We should all be given a store credit.

Damaged.
I bought this item online it arrived missing two stones. I went to local pandora store and I was told they are independent. So if I bought it online that I would have to deal with them? All I wanted was replacement charm I showed receipts for transaction to no avail. Your website stated I could take to a pandora store. They gave no mention of independent stores? This is very misleading not happy.

Frustrating charm
I purchased this charm along with the bracket and the charm came off 4 times in one day. I realized that it pops off when the tip of the arrow gets caught on something. So I got my finger nail file and filed down the tip and now I don’t have that problem anymore.

Lost Charm
I just bought this charm in the last month from my favorite local jewelry store. It fell of the bracelet over the weekend. I was about to order it online because I really liked it on the bracelet. However, after reading the reviews, I have decided against it, due to the multiple reported losses. First Pandora fail for me and I own quit a few pieces.

Charms have been lost already
My boyfriend got this for me as a surprise and it is absolutely gorgeous! However, the charms will not stay on. I’ve had them fall off multiple times and finally it happened without me paying attention and this one is lost. I am so upset. I just got this 6 days ago, and it’s already lost. Save your money and get the normal bracelet.

Very disappointed

Does not stay on bracelet
I put this bead on for the first time on Valentine's day and it fell off 4 times. I was very lucky that I was able to find it each time. Does not fit as snug as the other reflections beads. Would not recommend it unless you don't want it for very long.
