Item did not ship!
I placed an order for this item and it has not shipped to my address. It is way past the shipping date and the tracking number that was sent doesn't even work! How do you expect to get a good review if I have not received my order!!!

More purple irl
Was excited for this charm as I've always wanted a red charm just like this, however, was disappointed that it was more of a purpley red irl than a true red. I understand that every screen shows colour differently but this was VERY different, not just a deeper red, but a purpley red instead.

Colourful addition but weird hole size
I bought this to add some colour to my bracelet, and it looks amazing! Very happy with my choice, the only thing that slightly concerned me was that the hole that you thread the bracelet through- was actually too big. The Cerise charm just slid straight on (and off!) without me having to twist/secure it on like all my others. Luckily I had another charm to add after it, which will prevent me from losing this one every time I take my bracelet on and off. Maybe this charm isn't suitable to be used with my pandora bracelet but there is nothing on the site to suggest this, plus my pandora bracelet is just standard! Very odd. Beautiful though
