Great customer service
The only reason I gave the review 3 stars was because the 2 different people I spoke to on the phone were super nice and handled the issues at hand that I had. Other than that I was very disappointed with ordering from Pandora. The first order I did receive and the box was empty.
Then they canceled my order twice I was finally refunded and I ordered 3 different charms on different orders a for Mother's Day gift that I still cannot get because they could not fulfill my order. So next time I order from Pandora it will be just through the stores I will never do online again.

Still haven't recieved the item.
