Perfect charm, but the colored enamel lifted off
My charm came just as pictured, but half of the enamel separated from the charm. It’s still connected to the bracelet, and very sharp. Is it possible to have it fixed? I really love My Darth Vader.

Love the charm! Disappointed about snake bracelet
My wife and I are huge Pandora fans, huge Disney fans, and huge Star Wars fans. That being said we couldn’t be more disappointed that you don’t make the Star Wars snake bracelet in the 9.0 we don’t understand what could possibly be the reason why. We have enough Star Wars charms to make an only Star Wars bracelet but we like the bigger size. We would love an answer and/or an explanation.
