Poor follow-up with customer service.
Ordered part of my purchase on line in store (with help of store) as i was not in stock...one week before Christmas, was told i would get in three days. Didn't arrive until several days after Christmas, called twice before Christmas, and was told it was in system...and they would make sure i would receive on time...this was not the case.
not a real big deal but disappointing.
