If you purchased from au.pandora.net or a Pandora Concept Store using Afterpay, your items are eligible for a return or exchange—provided the return is received within 30 days and the items are in saleable condition (unworn, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging), in line with Pandora’s Change of Mind Returns and Exchanges Policy. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
Online Afterpay Purchases:
Items purchased online using Afterpay can only be returned by post to Pandora’s online store. To request a free returns label, please contact [email protected]. For full terms and conditions, visit pandora.net/afterpay.
Refunds for online Afterpay purchases will be processed by Afterpay once your return is approved.
In-Store Afterpay Purchases:
Items purchased in-store with Afterpay can be returned or exchanged at any Pandora Concept Store—with the exception of purchases made at DFO Homebush and DFO South Wharf, DFO Perth, and DFO Essendon, which must be returned to the store of purchase.
Pandora Stockists:
If you purchased from a Pandora stockist (e.g. a third-party retailer), please note they may have their own return and exchange policy. For assistance, contact the store where the purchase was made directly.
