I can't log in with my email address/password

If you can't log in using the password you previously set, please reset your password clicking the “Forgot password” link on the login screen. You should receive an email with a link to reset your password.

 

If you do not receive this email within a couple of minutes please check your junk/spam/promotions inbox.

 

If you have a Pandora account in another country, you will see a message appear when you attempt to log in. The message will ask if you would like to change your location. Click ‘continue’ to change the country you are registered to, or ‘cancel’ to stay registered in the original country. If you remain registered in another country you will be unable to log in. If you are registered in another country the store team will be unable to locate your account in store. If you’re unable to change your location when you sign in on the website please send us an email.

 

If you’re unable to log in to the website, but you currently receive Pandora Club email newsletters from us, you may not have registered for a full website account. To do so, follow the steps to “Become a member”. If you’re unable to log in with your email address, and you can’t create a new account with that email address, then please send an email to aunzsupport@pandora.net to ask for assistance.

 

How do I update my Pandora Club details?

To update your account information simply log in and click ‘My Details’. You can then update your details, including your password, address, email address and settings. When you are done, click ‘Save Changes’ at the centre bottom of your screen. You can also ask the team in store to update your details.

 

How do I subscribe to, or unsubscribe from the Pandora Club email newsletter?

You can subscribe to the email newsletter by ticking “Yes! I would like to receive news from Pandora” when you create your account on the website. If you join Pandora Club in store the team will ask you if you’d like to opt in to receive emails from Pandora. You can update your preferences at any time by logging into your online account, clicking “My Details” and ticking or unticking the box “Yes! I would like to receive news from Pandora”. You can also unsubscribe at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” on the last email we sent you. If you have opted-in to receive emails from Pandora, but haven’t received any emails within a week or so, please check your spam/junk inbox and save the address news@news.pandora.net as an email contact. You can also un-tick, and then re-tick the opt-in box in your account, to be sure you are subscribed. For further assistance please send an email to aunzsupport@pandora.net.

 

How do I create and share my wish list?

Log in to your Pandora Club account then search for the products you’d like to add and click “Add to wish list”. You can view your wish list when you log into your Club Account, or share with friends and family by clicking “Share wish list”. To view someone else’s wish list, they need to click “Share wish list” on their account. They can then send their wish list to you via email or share it via Facebook or Twitter. The Pandora team are unable to see, create or add to your wish lists in store.

 

How do I delete my Pandora Club account?

You can delete your account at any time by clicking the link in the 'MY DETAILS' section when you are logged in. You can also request an account deletion by sending an email to aunzsupport@pandora.net.
