TOWARDS CIRCULARITY
Silver and gold are unique materials that can be recycled infinitely without losing their unique expression. By choosing recycled materials, one can become a part of the material's story and make it your own.
Sourcing recycled metals
Silver is our most-used metal in our jewellery, and therefore the most impactful place to start our journey towards circularity. By 2025, we will purchase only recycled silver and gold for crafting our jewellery.
A LOW-CARBON BUSINESS
We are on a path to halve our greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 and be a net-zero business by 2040.
We have taken important steps by announcing climate targets approved by the Science Based Target initiative, providing a guarantee that our objectives match our share of the reductions needed to keep global warming below 1.5°C.

Renewable energy
Since 2020, Pandora is sourcing only renewable energy to run all its crafting facilities.

INCLUSIVE, DIVERSE AND FAIR CULTURE
Inclusion, diversity and fairness are essential parts of the Pandora brand and it is our responsibility to respect the dignity and human rights of all of those touched by our business.
Fair working conditions
Our crafting facilities in Thailand provide safe and healthy working conditions for over 13,500 employees.
PANDORA FOR UNICEF
Since 2019, Pandora has partnered with UNICEF to support the world’s most vulnerable children and provide opportunities for young people to lead healthier, safer lives and fulfil their potential.
