Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery Times
As an online customer, all orders are sent with New Zealand post and can take up to 25 days to arrive. However, they generally arrive within 3-8 working days. Gift cards are only shipped via standard shipping and are not tracked.
As our orders are shipped from Australia, any orders may be stopped by New Zealand customs for border clearance, and you may need to complete a form with a code to release your order. During the current period of restricted travel, please allow a few extra days for your order to leave Australia.

As our orders go with New Zealand Post, we are unable to make any guarantees as to expected delivery time-frames. Delivery options are standard only, there is no express service to New Zealand.

A signature is required on delivery for all Pandora orders. If you are not home when your parcel is delivered, a postal pick up card will be left for you. You will need to take it in to the post office stated on the card and provide identification to collect your parcel. Delivery notifications are also available via your tracking details. If you have an authority to leave in place, please note that if no one is in attendance at the nominated delivery address, your order will be left at the premises.
