If you are not at home at the time of delivery for:
- A postal collection card will be left for you. Please take this collection card to the Post Office listed on the card, along with valid photo identification, to collect your parcel.
- Please be advised Pandora does not ship to P.O Boxes or Parcel lockers as we require signatures for all of our deliveries.
If you have any questions about your parcel delivery status, please contact our Customer Experience team via aunzsupport.pandora.net. Please note that once an order has been placed, we may not be able to edit your order details or cancel your order.
DISPATCH TIMES
We aim to process and dispatch all online orders within 1-2 business days from the order being placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an emailed shipment confirmation with a tracking number. Please note that business days do not count Saturdays, Sundays, or any Public Holidays.
During peak periods (Sales, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays), dispatch times may be longer.
ORDER PACKAGING
As part of our sustainability commitments, Sustainable Packaging will be the default shipping option for all Pandora Online orders. Without gift packaging, multiple items will be fitted in one box without gift bag or gift note.
You may also choose your FREE gift packaging option at check out. When this option is chosen at checkout, your gifts will be individually placed in a our signature Pandora box with a gift bag and printed gift message.
Our gift packaging includes:

• 100% recyclable gift bag
• A personalised printed gift message
For alternative gifting purposes, you may purchase one of our premium Pink or White Gift Packaging. For NZ$9.95, this gift packaging option includes gift bag, tissue paper, and gift note. The gift box can fit up to 2 bracelet boxes or 4 charm boxes. Please note, your products will not be packaged inside the Gift Box for delivery.
