To find a specific item on our Official Pandora Online Store (found at nz.pandora.net) try entering any of the following in the Search field which is located to the top left of your screen:
- • The name of the product, for example; ‘Crown Ring’
• A description of the product, for example; ‘Crown’
• The item code, for example; 190880CZ
Alternatively, you can browse by category, for example; select 'Charms,' then use the product filters to browse within a category, for example; silver, with stone, colour or price.
Please enter your gift message in one line without hyphens or other special characters; the only exception to this are full stops, commas and exclamation marks. Using these guidelines will ensure your message accompanies your Pandora order.
Alternatively, you can leave the gift note message blank and we will include a blank Pandora gift note with your order for you to personalise your own message.
