Looks better online
I’m a huge Pandora fan. But this item arrived with the glass stem bent. It also looks like the stem was made from a flat nail-head. It looks way better online. I will be returning.

Lack of communication
First I would like to start by saying I love the products.
I know that right now the world is in a crazy place but I ordered a charm and paid for 2 day shipping in hopes that we would have the charm for a quarantine 21 birthday present, when the order was placed there was no communication that processing the order would take several days and it would not be shipped out for almost a week (so instead of receive the charm in 2-3 days it took about a week and a half). I just wish the communication was better.

Great Christmas gift
I brought this charm as a gift for Christmas. It came in good time however I did not come with a box to wrap the charm. I think that if someone orders charms as a fit of should come box to wrap it and made it more presentable.
