I ordered 3 charms for May occasions, having to buy them online for the first time ever because of quarantine. I received three bags, forgetting I was receiving a free bracelet. I didn't realize that I hadn't received the paw print charm until mid-May. I sent an email. Got no response. Resent it and was told I had to call the help line. I called the help line today (6/2) and was just informed that the item was out of stock. I wasn't notified of this. Now I have to go check my credit card to see if they billed me for the full amount or only the charms I received. And the phone clerk wasn't much help only telling me generic "3 to 5 days for refunds." I've bought quite a number of charms from Pandora over the years and I'm disappointed by this.
